MCABI/MCIDC
The Marinette County Association for Business and Industry is a joint public/private partnership for county-wide economic development. The Marinette County Industrial Development Corporation promotes industrial and business development in Marinette County through the administration of a Marinette County Revolving Loan Fund.

The mission of MCABI and MCIDC is to improve the economic climate and increase employment opportunities and the tax base of Marinette County, by...

• Stimulating and leveraging the flow of private investment funds from banks, investment houses, insurers, and other financial institutions to Marinette County

Marinette Area Chamber of Commerce
All C of C's are created equal. Some are just more equal than others. We're particularly proud of the work done by the Marinette Area Chamber of Commerce, a VITAL organization that plays a VIBRANT role in the growth and success of local business.

Mission Statement
"The Marinette Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc., is a collective effort to advance the economic, government, and social environments of the Marinette Area.  It will work together with other groups who serve to preserve the free enterprise system.   The concerted action of the Chamber, in the area of programs, promotion, and future development of the Marinette Area, will be broader than any single business, industry, or individual."

Involvements
Far from being a rudderless ship, the Marinette Area Chamber of Commerce is well organized and well run; working from a carefully designed strategic plan covering Economic Development, Education (school-to-work), Tourism, Membership Services, Organizational Leadership, and Governmental Affairs.
